First and foremost, there is always hope! You are capable of healing, growing and creating change.

I value relationships and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship between me and my clients is critical for achieving goals and creating change. Life can be a rocky and unsure journey with hardships, joy, happiness, sadness, heartaches and celebrations. Without question, finding a therapist with whom you can form a good relationship is vital and difficult. It puts you at a very vulnerable space to open up and share your ups and downs in life. My job as your therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where through collaboration, listening, compassion, and understanding, change can occur and you can begin living the life that you value. Working together, you will gain tools and skills necessary to reach your goals!

I look forward to sharing space with you as we explore the different pathways that lead to change.

I would be honored to accompany you on your journey to desired change in your life. I believe that we all hold within ourselves power to change and find the peace and joy we desire in our lives.
