I am a graduate of the University of Utah where I completed my Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a licensed School Social Worker for grades K-12. I enjoy working with young children, teens, adults and families to help them process experiences and emotions to promote learning and healing that will strengthen relationships.

My experience includes working with young children, teens and parents that struggle with issues related to autism, anxiety, depression, divorce, grief, trauma, mood dysregulation, and severe behavioral difficulties. I am passionate about strengthening families and use a variety of high quality evidence-based treatment modalities to help my clients and their families learn skills and create lasting change. I am so excited to be a member of the Live Well Counseling team!
