Emily Carter, originally from Northern California, relocated to Utah in 2000 with her husband and four children. With a deep passion for marriage and family therapy, Emily earned her degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from Brigham Young University. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University Worldwide, with plans to graduate in August 2025. Emily is dedicated to working with diverse populations, with a particular focus on supporting couples in strengthening their relationships.
As a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) Intern, Emily’s primary goal is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can explore their emotions and experiences with compassion and understanding.
