Rachel Rollins

Rachel Rollins
MSW Intern

Rachel grew up in Utah County with a deep love for the outdoors and creative arts. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and is currently an MSW Intern at the University of Utah. Her path into counseling began when she took a role as a wilderness therapy instructor in North Carolina working with teens. This sparked a lasting passion for personal growth and therapeutic work in settings that foster healing.

Rachel’s clinical background includes crisis intervention and community mental health support. She is dedicated to creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore the deeper roots of their experiences.

Rachel’s therapeutic style is collaborative and analytical. She enjoys working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. At heart, she is a creative type who loves integrating spirituality and artistic expression to help individuals achieve meaningful self-understanding.

Outside of counseling, Rachel is an avid backpacker and skier. She also spent years studying, writing, and performing music, and she loves spending time outdoors or writing songs.
