Katie is from Houston, TX, and recently relocated from Mississippi to Utah with her husband and two dogs. She holds a dual Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University . Katie is also a certified personal trainer and proudly embraces her Texan roots!

Katie is passionate about walking with individuals experiencing toxic shame, trauma, grief, and loss. She believes therapy is a collaborative process that empowers self-awareness and courage to change to live a more meaningful life.

She has personally experienced the freedom and healing that come from embracing one’s story and confronting difficult emotions and past wounds.

With over 12 years of experience, Katie has worked extensively with teens and parents to foster connection and safety in their relationships and over 7 years of experience supporting individuals facing betrayal trauma and porn addiction.

Katie fosters a shame-free and safe environment where clients can feel heard and empowered on their healing journey. No matter where your story has taken you, healing and transformation are possible.
